Grand Summer Party PH

These past weeks, I've been seeing many posts on Twitter about this event, At first I really didn't want to go because none of my friends wouldn't be able to go. So I disregarded the event. Days went on and then, the night before the event I met Joycie. She told me about the event and some of the activities that are going to be done. I'm not a stranger to these kinds of events so I know the usual segments like games and performances by some local singers or bands.

Then she told me that they would be having a water rave segment. The moment she said that I had gained some excitement because I've been wanting to go to a rave event this whole summer. So I told her I would go. And since this was the night before the event, everything had to be done last minute. I had to ask my parents if I could go, and I had to plan my outfit, you know stuff like that.

Although I was still a bit nervous because this would be the first event I would be going to alone. (because Joycie is an officer and she's to busy to keep me company) But I had to suck it up and go with the flow.

When I got to the event, which was around 8:30 am ( yes I'm that excited) I had to wait a few hours until registration opens ( yey for walk-ins!) Then, shortly after registering (and gaining friends yey!) we sat down and waited for the event to start.

After sometime the event started. And what better way to start the day than with some giveaways. I don't usually get to win/ join these games and such but I guess it was a good day for me. I was the first one to be chosen by the emcee to answer a question and win a prize. Since the question was easy as 1+1, I won.

As I was in front of the crowd I took the opportunity to take a picture with Christian A.K.A Faj.

Sadly, I wasn't able to take pictures of the other performers because me and my friends got sort of lost while trying to look for somewhere to eat lol. But I did get to take pictures of the last performers. They're a band called Submission.

I can't quite remember what songs they performed because their lead/vocals is just ugh.

After they performed everyone was crowding them so it was hard to take pictures with them. But there is no way I'm backing down so, after fighting my way through lots of other girls I finally had a chance to take some pictures.

Let us all take a moment to appreciate his smile.

I didn't realize that it was getting late and soon we had to go home. But of course, more pictures with people.
